Casa Latina was founded by Francisco “Frank” Navarro—lifelong soccer player, community builder, and proud supporter of Aurora. Frank has played soccer since he was five and helped grow the sport by creating the area’s first organized league serving Aurora, West Chicago, and Elgin—the Aurora Soccer League, later renamed the Fox Valley Suburban Soccer League, and eventually the United Soccer Association. He and his wife, Consuelo, are deeply committed to giving back, supporting the community in many ways—including hosting the Golden Age Social Club (Club Social Edad de Oro), a welcoming space where Hispanic seniors can connect, feel at home, and have fun. Frank started Casa Latina to stay connected to the community he loves—creating a place where families can celebrate, stay active, and come together.
